Toh-Atin Gallery is featuring an amazing set of Navajo Sandpaintings, created and shared by Navajo Medicine Man, Jeff King, in 1942, along with the stories he created to accompany the sand paintings so they would not be lost to future generations. Join us for this preview and a short presentation on the sandpainting designs and their cultural and historical importance.
Learn tips on how to safely and effectively get around town on a bicycle! This class will cover Colorado bicycle laws, bicycle etiquette, and sharing roads with multiple road users. Plus how to best carry your gear, bike locks, and more! The final part of the class will be a short bike maintenance workshop covering the basics. With local non-profit Bike Durango.

Workout using your own body weight or light hand weights to work all the body parts! The free classes are always similar in style but always different moves to keep it fun and fresh. You’ll need a yoga mat & light hand weights. If you don’t have them, they are extras that can be used. Each class is around 35 min. long. Modifications are always available. It’s always a fun, upbeat, encouraging, and a great workout. Taught by Tammy Williams, certified fitness instructor. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
