The Mancos Opera House will host “Cult Movie Night” on Thursday, October 26th. Doors open at 6, and the movie starts at 7. Everyone is welcome to this all-ages event.

By regulation, the title of the film can’t be announced. Here’s a hint: “Prepare to have your body snatched”. CMFM will show the original version from 1956. This will be an all-ages event and concessions will be sold; BYOB for folks over 21. Admission is $5.

The mission of CMFM is the promotion of community engagement and the arts. We will offer different perspectives and will work to bond community members through the shared experience of watching cult movies. This debut event will be the start of a monthly tradition (generally on the third Thursday of each month, with the exception of holidays). CMFM and the Mancos Opera House are striving to maintain a casual atmosphere with tables and chairs, as opposed to rows of seats.
