Learn all the basics of your machine including threading, tension, cleaning, changing needles and problem solving. Participants will also sew a simple drawstring bag.

NOTE: Please register one person per sewing machine. If you are a pair that wants to learn on one machine, that is fine!

SUPPLIES- PLEASE BRING WITH YOU:

Sewing Machine with quality thread to match fabric and extra needles and bobbin. Power strip is recommended. If you have an instruction book for your
machine, bring it.
Computer keyboard cleaning brush or something similar that is small and soft
Iron and portable ironing surface
Large fabric scissors and small trimming scissors
Half-yard fabric (fabric can be any kind of cotton fabric). One yard cording for drawstring.
Rotary cutting tools are optional – cutting board, ruler, and rotary cutter. Judy will also provide extra cutting supplies.
