Reappearing Lake
Linda talks with Brent Graham, general manager of the Tulare (tuh-LAIR-ee) Lake Basin Water Storage District, about a "phantom lake" in the San Joaquin Valley. For the second time since 1969, the Tulare Lake Basin has flooded due to record rain and snowmelt. The flooding in the usually-dry basin has drenched 46,000 acres of cotton farmland.
