Native Braids: An elder shares advice with women who may be living with domestic violence or abuse

Lillian Seibel was a young woman when she realized she had married into an abusive relationship. In this short excerpt of her conversation with her son Shane, Lillian talks about her decision to leave her marriage and shares some advice for other young women who may be living with domestic violence or abuse.

Lillian Seibel and Shane Seibel are members of the Southern Ute Tribe. They live in Ignacio, Colorado.
