Workout using your own body weight or light hand weights to work all the body parts! The free classes are always similar in style but always different moves to keep it fun and fresh. You’ll need a yoga mat & light hand weights. If you don’t have them, they are extras that can be used. Each class is around 35 min. long. Modifications are always available. It’s always a fun, upbeat, encouraging, and a great workout. Taught by Tammy Williams, certified fitness instructor. All ages and fitness levels are welcome! Baby Time is tailored for babies from birth-12 months together with their favorite adult! Enjoy 15-20 minutes of early literacy activities followed by a playgroup. We sing songs, bounce to action rhymes, and share stories, providing a rich environment for babies to hear language and interact with others.
The Manna Garden is hosting its Third Annual Plant Sale. The plant sale supports Manna's effort to grow fresh, nutrient dense and culturally importnat vegetables for our community. All of our starts were raised using organic and biodynamic starts. We have a plethora of veggie, herb and flower varieties.The plant sale will be at the Manna Garden Pavilion located at the Manna Campus. This is a two day sale. Friday, May 9th from 12:00 PM-6:00 PM and Saturday, May 10th from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
