Navajo Magician: Magic, Resilience & Culture

The public is invited to celebrate Native American Heritage Month with a performance by the Navajo Magician; blending storytelling, magic, and cultural traditions. The event takes place at Riverview Elementary at 5:30 on Wednesday, November 5th.

Following the show, there will be a free Beef Stew dinner, plus a fundraiser by Big Picture & the DHS Native Club, featuring frybread and snowcones.

This unique event offers Durango 9-R School District students a chance to deepen their creativity, critical thinking, communication, and cultural awareness
