Let’s Gather and to allow our children to witness and join our yoga practice.

About the teacher: Lena is a mom that felt guilt around leaving her child to go practice yoga, but also felt guilt around taking her child into yoga with her. She’s taught yoga for six years and wants to hold space for parents like her. No more guilt!

This class is run on a donation basis. All levels and all ages!
