A Colorado native, Ken grew up in the Denver area and began collecting records and mixing music at a young age. His passion for all types of music helped to foster a natural progression to a career in radio and music programming.
After graduating from high school, Ken headed west to Durango to study at Fort Lewis College and graduated with a B.A. in English-Communications & Broadcasting. While at Fort Lewis, he was a DJ and Production Director at the college radio station, KDUR.
Radio was a natural progression and he began his career at KSUT in 1991 where he's been there ever since, with the exception of a brief hiatus in 1995 and again in 2014. Ken also owns and operates, Durango DJ & Audio.
Kenny B can be heard hosting the Morning Blend on Mondays from 9 - noon and also as the host and producer of k?ni Náshwaon Fridays from 7 - 9 pm.
