We are Water NSF STEM Day
The Powerhouse Science Center invites the community to "We are Water," a free day packed with opportunities to explore science, culture, and water in the community. Events take place on Saturday, May 10th at the Powerhouse, then continue from 6 to 8PM at Fort Lewis College, in Noble Hall, Room 130
with the "We are Water" Film Festival, along with a Q&A session featuring scientists, storytellers, and community voices. Details are at wearewater.colorado.edu.
Calling all families, educators, and curious minds. The We are Water NSF STEM Day & Community Celebration in Durango, Colorado— Free admission all day.
10 AM – 3 PM at The Powerhouse
Enjoy hands-on water-related activities for all ages with community partners, plus local food trucks and fun for the whole family.
2 PM – 4 PM at The Powerhouse
Educators, don’t miss a special workshop with ready-to-use curriculum and resources to support water-related learning in the classroom.
6 PM – 8 PM at Fort Lewis College, Noble Hall Room 130
Cap off the day with the We are Water Film Festival and a thought-provoking panel Q&A featuring scientists, storytellers, and community voices.
