The Animas Valley Grange will host its first annual "Crocktober" Fundraiser Cookoff on Sunday, October 12th at 6 pm. Details are on their Facebook page.

Make your favorite crockpot meal or dessert and bring it to the Animas Valley Grange to share and compete for prizes. Cost is $5 to enter or $10 for those without a crockpot entry. A special Silver Ladle award and gift certificate will be presented to the People’s Choice winner with gift certificates for best vegetarian and best dessert entries.
