Chaos and Disease in Nigeria

As health officials worry about a new outbreak of SARS or a similar epidemic this fall, their attention is on the developing world. NPR's Brenda Wilson travels to Lagos, Nigeria, to examine how a faulty public infrastructure could lead to calamity.
