Britain's Blair Stands Tough on Disarming Saddam

Britain's Prime Minister Tony Blair sticks to his tough stance toward Iraq, saying he's "quite sure" Saddam has weapons of mass destruction and should be disarmed by force, if necessary. Meanwhile, humanitarian agencies are concerned over possible civilian casualties should there be a war in Iraq. Hear from NPR's Guy Raz and NPR's Kate Seelye.
