Commentator MILO MILES reviews two new reissues of singer Tracy Nelson: The Best of Tracy Nelson/Mother Earth and Mother Earth Presents Tracy nelson Country (both on Reprise Archives Label."Poet and novelist JAMES DICKEY. He died Sunday at the age of 73, from complications of lung disease. DICKEY was the author of the novel "Deliverance" and the screenplay for the movie of the same name.
