Last night Danny visited the United States Naval Observatory in Washington DC to get a good look at Comet Hyakutake (high-yuh-kuh-tah-kee). Astronomer Steve Dick shows Danny where to look in the sky - without the aid of a telescope. The comet will be at its brightest early Monday morning. It will be visible throughout the Northern Hemisphere. The next time Hyakutake will pass by the earth will be in roughly 15-thousand years.
