Playing Americana and old time tunes, Snowy Plovers feature Jeff Hibshman on upright bass, Shanti Savage on mandolin, and Erik Nordstrom on guitar. Crazy Hat Lady Shanti will have handcrafted hats and embroidered earrings for sale.
