Don't miss The Lil Smokies live on KSUT, Friday afternoon, at 3:30

The Lil Smokies are in town for 2 nights at the Animas City Theatre, touring in support of their new studio album Tornillo. We're catching them on Friday afternoon before their second show, for a KSUT in-studio session hosted by Chris Aaland at 3:30 - don't miss it!

Drawing on the energy of a rock band and the Laurel Canyon songwriting of the '70s, The Lil Smokies are reimagining their approach to roots music on Tornillo, named for the remote Texas town where the album was recorded. Formed in Missoula, Montana, The Lil Smokies have built a national following through constant touring.

KSUT in-studio sessions are sponsored by Bank of the San Juans.
