Affordable Housing is an issue facing communities across the Rocky Mountain West and the Durango area is no exception.  Tami Graham spoke with Jenn Lopez, an affordable housing consultant working in Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico, about opportunities and challenges around developing a cohesive strategy for Durango and La Plata County. Jenn helped develop the Durango/La Plata County Homeless Strategy in 2020 and has extensive knowledge and background related to affordable housing.

KSUT and the Durango Herald are partnering on a series of four focus areas with topics impacting Durango and surrounding areas.  FOCUS 2021 commentaries air on KSUT and appear on our website at ksut.org, as well as durangoherald.com
