NPR series Invisibilia airs Sundays on KSUT

NPR's series Invisibilia airs Sunday nights at 9:00 p.m. on KSUT's Sunday Special.

Invisibilia (Latin for all the invisible things) is about the invisible forces that shape human behavior – ideas, beliefs, assumptions and thoughts.

Produced by NPR’s Science Desk, Invisibilia continues NPR’s tradition of reimagining science programming from something dry and scholarly into something whimsical and captivating. Co-hosted by Lulu Miller and Alix Spiegel, Invisibilia interweaves narrative storytelling with scientific research that  could make you see your own life differently.

Invisibilia explores a range of topics, including:

Would you believe that a blind person can see again, providing our expectations say it's possible?

Are our dark thoughts about ourselves a reflection of some kind of inner reality about us? Do we need to pay attention and be guided by them, or should we just ignore them?

Are we afraid and anxious for good reasons? Can our fears distort reality and our understanding of the world around us? Would it be better to live without fear?

Hear Invisibilia Sunday nights at 9:00, on KSUT Four Corners Public Radio.
