Tribal Radio receives grant from Colorado Health Foundation to bring Dream Warriors to Ignacio

KSUT Tribal Radio recently received a grant from the Colorado Health Foundation to bring six indigenous musicians and spoken word artists to Ignacio the week of August 19 to work with 15 Southern Ute youth in a multi-media training project titled "Awakening the Warrior Within."

The Dream Warriors will also perform a free public event on Friday, August 23 at The Garage (formerly Pongas) in Durango. The Garage is located at 121 W 8th St. in downtown Durango. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., with performance at 8.
