KSUT Presents is seeking a well-organized, outgoing individual to join our team to facilitate the coordination of volunteers for two annual festivals, Pagosa Folk 'N Bluegrass and the Four Corners Folk Festival.
This part-time, seasonal position requires:
- volunteer recruitment
- management of volunteers through online software platform prior to and during each festival week
- checking in volunteers, assisting them with questions, and verifying shift fulfillment
- facilitating refunds to those volunteers who have purchased tickets and filled their required shifts
- other tasks as assigned
This is a seasonal, part-time, paid position as an independent contractor. Compensation starts at $1,000 per festival, based on experience. Also includes festival passes, on-site camping, food and beverages from catering, and the opportunity to work with a wonderful team of people in a beautiful setting.
