New Mexico Governor Lujan Grisham announces shelter-in-place due to surging pandemic

New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham has instructed state residents to shelter in place for 14 days due to an alarming increase ofCOVID-19 cases and hospitalizations. KSUT’s Sarah Flower has this report:
