The Sunday Special Considers Loneliness

The holidays can be the loneliest time of year for some. And now some researchers suggest that loneliness can cause potentially lethal physical and emotional effects. This week, a look at the science of loneliness, how it can lead to health problems, and how it can be constructive.

The program, Considering Loneliness, features conversations with those who've studied how loneliness can lead to an aching depression, physical challenges, and worse.

And one of the program's guests wants to make sure we don’t stigmatize all people who choose freely to live alone -- at no risk to themselves or others.

Join us for Considering Loneliness, this Sunday afternoon at 5 on the KSUT Sunday Special.
