Rod Grove spent just one year of his life overseas in Vietnam; it took 30 years for him to feel at ease again. In this second excerpt of his conversation with Bird Red, Rod talks about the strength he gained from joining a local veterans group, and about Sun Dancing as part of his path to recovery from PTSD.

Rod Grove is a member of the Southern Ute Tribe.
