Innovating Our Way to a Clean Economy Through Food, on the KSUT Sunday Special

We'll explore the food and energy solutions that could come from the recent Paris climate summit on this Earth Day special.

Coal made from grass? Burgers made from fruit?

KSUT celebrates Earth Day (April 22) with a Climate One special on food and climate change.

We'll take a closer look at innovative agriculture, climate change, and food safety. The show features interviews with everyone from farmers in California and Nepal, to a former state agriculture secretary.

We'll also hear from representatives of the Center for Food Safety and current U.S. Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz.

Can we innovate our way to a clean economy through food?

Food and Climate Change, a Climate One National Magazine documentary, this Sunday afternoon at 5 on the KSUT Sunday Special.
