RENEE MONTAGNE, HOST:

Good morning, I'm Renee Montagne. The farm-to-table movement now includes some tiny sources of protein. Insects and crickets have caught on at the University of Connecticut. It's MORNING EDITION. Transcript provided by NPR, Copyright NPR.
