San Juan Basin Public Health has launched an online form for residents of La Plata and Archuleta Counties to receive Covid-19 vaccine notifications. Those who complete the form will be notified as soon as they are eligible for the vaccine under the state's priority schedule. Phased distribution will take several months, as supplies of the vaccine are limited at this time and initial efforts will concentrate on those who are most at risk.
